Welcome! My name is Regina Mason, MSN, GNP-BC, and I am the founder of Caregiver Coach & Family Dementia Support, a division of Notary Near Me Media PA, LLC.
I am a board-certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with over 39 years of nursing experience and more than 30 years of specialized work in elder care. Throughout my career, I have cared for seniors across nearly every setting—long-term care, assisted living, retirement communities, hospitals, hospice, home care, outpatient geriatric practices, and gero-psychiatry units.
Over the years, I have witnessed how overwhelming caregiving can be—especially when families don’t have the tools, resources, or guidance they need. That experience inspired me to create Caregiver Coach & Family Dementia Support: a space where families can find compassionate coaching, practical strategies, and one-on-one support to navigate the challenges of aging and dementia with confidence.
In addition to caregiver support, I bring expertise as a commissioned Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Through Notary Near Me Media PA, LLC, I provide trusted mobile notary services for families, seniors, and professionals who need important documents notarized—such as powers of attorney, wills, advance directives, real estate paperwork, and other legal or financial documents.
I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution, and additional certifications including:
I am also an active member of the NNA, continually updating my education on notarial practice and ethical standards related to legal documentation.
My mission is simple: to help caregivers and families feel less stressed, more confident, and better prepared—whether you are navigating dementia care or managing important legal documents.
You don’t have to go through this journey alone. I am here to walk with you every step of the way.
